Please complete this form with your interest in sponsoring or donating to the Kids Rock Concert fundraising event. Once we receive your response, a member of our team will reach out to collect payment or arrange your donation drop-off and confirm your logo or name for recognition.

Sponorship Level

All logos or names for sponsor recognition are due by September 29th.

All donated items are due by October 5th.
Drop-off to MHM during specified times or pick-up from your location will be arranged after your form is received and confirmed.
 

Mothers Helping Mothers, Inc. is a tax-exempt organization as described in Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible, as allowed by law. Valuation of donated property is the responsibility of the donor.

MHM is passionate about providing services and necessities to underserved families free of charge, such as clothing for the entire family, essential baby equipment and household supplies, life skills classes, and in times of crisis, emergency financial aid (rent, utilities) all with one goal – to help families thrive.
