Read the information below on what you will need before you select an appointment date.
After you click “Book an Appointment” select an available appointment day and time - press continue.
Enter your first and last name. (exactly as it is on your ID)
Enter phone number and email. (You will need this to receive your confirmation.)
Before you book your appointment, PLEASE NOTE
Appointments: Each appointment allows you to shop for 40 minutes. Appointments are available every 15 minutes. Please only book one appointment for your day. Enter your name exactly as it is on your ID.
Return Policy: Clients may only shop once every 4 months so If you are trying to return early, we will cancel your appointment and notify you within 7 days and provide you with your actual return date. You will need to make a new appointment.
Baby Items: If you are pregnant, you can only shop for baby items 30 days prior to your due date and must show proof of pregnancy. You may return early for these items even if it's within 4 months.
Client No-Show Policy: We will allow one missed appointment with no penalty. After that, any missed appointments without notification will count as an appointment and you will not be eligible to return for 4 months. Please have the courtesy to cancel so others may have the opportunity.
Cancel/Modify Appointment: You must cancel your appointment no later than 24 hours before.
To change or cancel your existing appointment, search for the email confirmation you received after booking your appointment. There is a link in that email that will take you directly to your appointment scheduler and you can cancel or reschedule yourself directly.
