TO BE A CLIENT YOU MUST: 

- Have custody of children under 18 and provide verification on your first appointment, or be pregnant with proof of pregnancy 

- Live in Sarasota or Manatee County

- Be within 30 days of your due date if you wish to receive baby-related items (* See BABY below)

 

ABOUT YOUR VISIT-

- Appointments must be made prior to shopping. We do not take walk-ins.

- You, your spouse and your registered children are allowed to shop but no guests please.

- We have maximum allowances for each item. You can shop for your spouse and children only.

- You will have 40 mins to shop each visit and can return once every 4 months ONLY.

- If you are trying to return early, your appointment will be canceled and you will be notified by email within 7 days with your actual return date. You will need to make a new appointment which is after that date.

- Appointments are available every 15 minutes. Please only book one appointment for your day.  - Enter your name exactly as it is on your ID, and use your correct phone and email as you will receive a final confirmation after we review your request.

* NEED BABY ITEMS?

 If you are pregnant, you can only shop for baby items and equipment (NEWBORN - 4 MONTHS) ONLY 30 days prior to your due date. You may make an appointment to return for these items regardless of the 4 month waiting period between visits. This visit will be for BABY ONLY items. This visit will not affect your normal return date. If it has been more than 4 months since your last visit, you may shop for all store items in addition to baby items, during your visit.

NO SHOW POLICY:

We will only allow one missed appointment without penalty. After that, any missed appointments without notification will count as an appointment and you will not be eligible to return for 4 months. Please have the courtesy to cancel using your confirmation email OR by emailing appt.mhmsarasota@gmail.com to let us know you cannot make it, so others may have the opportunity to shop.​​​​
